I think I will be present in Copa Argentina. Great for Mariano who will be present this year! (last year he was injured unfortunately). Sorry, I'm sure I will not agree with most people here, but I would have liked to have Coria there too...

I agree with GWH - as usual! Btw - completely off topic, but see that Juan-Ignacio Chela and Gaby Markus have parted company - wonder who Chelita will go to next?

Ros, knows I have problems with midgets especially ones that cheat on line calls and fake injuries. Well isn't Mariano looking for a coach? The coaching dance continues.

GWH: Ok, you can have your point of view about a player, and I have mine, but, I don't think your comment was proper (at least for me). And since this is Mariano's place, not other player's one, I propose not to touch controversial topics in order to create a peaceful environment. Mercedes

The point has been made and if I am going to make a point I will be able to back it up with facts, but this issue can be discussed elsewhere. Back to the main tournament it's a good thing that it's on hardcourt and it is a very good practice for the start of the season and hopefully that all the players listed will participate and have a good start to the 2005 season.

Well - he's found one now.............Mariano's new coach will be Luis Lobo, who used to coach Calleri. And as we all change partners............Calleri will now be working with Gaby Markus! You heard it here first

Thanks Ros for the info, much appreciated ! Here the article from Clarin.com. Good luck to the new Tandil team !!

Thanks for the news Ros and Corina!
Hope they will be successful partnerships!!!
So we still have Chelita coachless... And Coria, but I couldn't care less who he decides to work with for a few months. (Sorry Mercedes!)
Anyway, could someone explain WHY they change coaches so often??? And I mean it as a real question.

Egg: it's ok. You can or dislike whoever you want, what I am asking for is not to include expressions as "the best thing of this tournament is that someone is not playing"... as a matter of respect, that's all. Maybe I wrong with this, I don't know.
About changing coaches, that is something that everybody is asking here with no answer. Justin HH's coach, Titi Fernández, is argentine. Once he was asked if he would like to coach an argentine guy, and he said, that it would be great because here there are a lot of great players with n°1 potential, but the problem is that they change coaches very often, and that doesn't allow to make a serious working plan.

Thank you for your answer. So it seems that nobody knows the answer. But HH's coach might be right, it must be difficult to do effective work in such short periods. Anyway, best of luck to the latest combos! And I do know who's gonna coach Coria. Bye everyone! I'll be of for a most of the week, but will see everything when I come back.

Maybe I wrong with this, I don't know. Speaking of respect, when someone has form for faking injuries then they lose any respect from me as a human being. The difference here is I don't wish him or anyone an injury at all, that is just garbage. That comment well I prefer those 8 players that are listed to play, and that's why I am happy he is not there, not because I never want to see him play again.

Well the event is getting closer and for the Argentines here I hope they enjoy the event.
Nicolas Massu and Guillermo Cañas have pulled out with injury and have been replaced by Fernando Gonzalez and Jose Acasuso.
